We need to change the description in SVO according to VOA's description manually

There is diffrence in Desription in SvO (Service Order ) and Vendor outline Agreement. We need to change the description in SVO according to VOA's description manually Please find the below screen Shot. Kindly assist to check the root cause or any setting we need to take.
