Refurbishment IW8W

Dears folks,

I'm trying to execute transaction IW8W and I expect that the transaction retrieve automatically from the service order the serial number but the serial number is not retrieved and I cannot insert it automatically.

The serial number is present in the service order.

Activity done

1. Create the refurbishment order (PM04 order type)
2. Consume spare parts confirm activities (IW41)
3. Consume the machine with valuation type damaged (mvt 261)
4. Receive the machine with valuation type refurbished  (IW8W)

I'm stuck at pont 4) because the serial number is not retrieved.

Any idea?
